Before you start

Open the vehicle details and use its enquiry action. Refer to the specific vehicle, then ask the provider to confirm availability, passenger and luggage space, collection and return locations, the full quote and what it includes. If your route changes, ask whether the quote or vehicle suitability changes too.

Keep the agreed details in writing and check important translated terms against the original with the provider. Confirm dates, vehicle, route, rental mode, total price and any additional charges. A reference price, online indicator or chat message is not a confirmed booking.
