Photo & listing requirements

Overview

Use 1–6 original JPEG or PNG photos per vehicle. The main vehicle in each photo should be the same vehicle. At least one photo must show its full number plate clearly enough to read. Other photos may show the interior, dashboard or individual features; the plate need not appear in every image. Avoid blur, obstruction or making another vehicle the main subject.

Before you start

Photos should support the information you present. Do not substitute a background vehicle’s plate or equipment, or describe unconfirmed seating or features as facts. Choose the images before uploading and keep evidence of the vehicle’s identity. Later photo changes also undergo checks that the vehicle and plate match.

Passing photo checks still requires you to review the vehicle details, provide the necessary operating information and choose to publish. The number plate and registration country cannot be edited manually, and publication depends on the platform’s current checks. Adding images or completing recognition does not publish the vehicle. Read any error guidance before supplying clearer, suitable photos.
