Overview

Upload 1–6 photos of the same vehicle in the driver and owner workspace. KiliLink uses AI to organise information that can be identified in those photos into a draft for your review. The photos must support identity checks, including at least one clear view of the subject vehicle’s full number plate. Unclear details are not filled in from typical model specifications.

Before you start

Review the editable information and add the actual passenger count, operating location, rental mode and quote in USD. The provider supplies the price; AI does not decide it. The number plate and registration country come from photo recognition and cannot be edited manually. If they are wrong, review the photos and contact the platform rather than trying to replace the vehicle’s identity through other fields.

After uploading, wait until the page confirms that processing has been taken over before leaving the upload page. Return to the workspace to check the result. An AI result does not publish a vehicle or guarantee eligibility. You decide to publish after reviewing the draft, and the current publication checks still apply. Follow the page’s guidance if processing fails.
