Arusha is a starting point for northern Tanzania safaris and the location of KiliLink’s headquarters. Give the exact hotel or airport for a pickup. Arusha Airport and Kilimanjaro International Airport are different pickup points, so check the booking details against your flight information with the driver.

Before you start

For Arusha National Park, distinguish wildlife drives from Mount Meru activities and any walking arrangements. Confirm meeting points and activity requirements with the organiser, then ask the vehicle provider about pickup times, waiting and luggage storage. A transfer quote does not automatically include every activity.

List arrival transfers, later multi-day vehicle use and the final departure transfer separately. Provide dates, passenger numbers and accommodation names, and reconfirm your contact and vehicle before departure. Having headquarters in Arusha does not guarantee immediate local vehicle availability or round-the-clock airport pickups.
